Returns without an authorized return request will NOT be accepted under any circumstances

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is authorized, make a separate purchase for the new item
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Return
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Purchases made between January 1 to November 20 - Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. No Return request will be authorized after this period
- Purchases made between November 21 to December 31 - Return requests must be submitted by January 10
Preparing to Return

- After your reurn request is authorized, an unpaid return label will be emailed to you
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with the security tag intact. Please make sure that the item has packaging material like bubble wrap etc. to prevent any damage during shipping
- Package needs to reach our address within 10 days from the date of the return request is authorized. Return packages will be accepted after this period if the package shows that it was shipped within 10 days of return request authorization.
Refund for “Damaged or Incorrect Item”
- If you are returning due to damaged or incorrect item received, a full refund will be issued
Refund for “Other Reasons” other than Damaged or Incorrect Item
- If you are returning due to any other reason, the cost of shipping the product to the buyer plus the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process and issue your refund on your original form of payment
Exceptions / non-refundable items
- No refund will be issued if the returned items have been damaged, altered or security tag is broken
- No refunds on Duel On Jewel Gift Cards
